Job Description

Assess and monitor patient conditions, noting any changes and reporting them to the appropriate medical personnel.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to the Five Rights of Medication Administration.

Provide wound care, assist with patient hygiene, and manage other basic nursing procedures.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Ensure proper documentation of medication administration, patient response, and any adverse events.

Respond promptly to emergencies, providing immediate nursing care and coordinating with the healthcare team to stabilize the patient.

Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare facility.

Experienced in Pediatric Department.
